Abstract:
To stabilize an output concerning an operational amplifier having the output stage of a high output current.
An output terminal 23 executing a high current output to an input current is connected to the connecting point of the emitter of a transistor Q13 and the collector of a transistor Q14. When the transistor Q14 is driven by the transistor Q12, a capacitor C11 setting the emitter resistor of the transistor Q12 to be a capacitive impedance is connected between the base of the transistor Q12 and the collector of a transistor Q11.
