Abstract:
To solve the problem that it is difficult to determine whether or not an acquisition position for an OCT tomographic image has been adjusted to a desired position.SOLUTION: An ophthalmologic image processing device includes: image acquisition means for acquiring an OCT tomographic image and an ocular fundus front image of an image to be examined; display control means for displaying the acquired OCT tomographic image and ocular fundus front image, and displaying a first index at a position of the OCT tomographic image on the ocular fundus front image; and determination means for determining whether or not there exists a predetermined site or a lesion candidate in the acquired OCT tomographic image. If the determination means determines that there exists a predetermined site of the image to be examined or a lesion candidate in the OCT tomographic image, the display control means executes control to display a second index showing that there exists the predetermined site or the lesion candidate in the OCT tomographic image in at least one of a peripheral part of the OCT tomographic image, the image of the ocular fundus front image, and a peripheral part of the ocular fundus front image.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 14
