Title:
Optic-axis check jig
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP5950674
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical axis checking tool capable of adjusting the optical path of a laser beam to be incident on an optical unit with good accuracy after mounting the optical unit on an apparatus.SOLUTION: An optical axis checking tool checks whether or not the optical axis of an optical unit and a laser beam to be incident on the optical unit are located on one straight line. The optical unit includes a casing having a first aperture through which the laser beam is made incident, and a second aperture through which the laser beam is emitted, and a lens body which is accommodated inside the casing while its optical axis is adjusted. The optical axis checking tool includes a reflective tool having a reflective surface for reflecting the laser beam, and a fixing tool which is arranged at the first aperture of the casing to attachably/detachably support the reflective tool. The reflective tool includes a reflective plate having the reflective surface, and an angle adjusting plate having at least three supporting parts and capable of fixing the reflective plate at the predetermined angle. The fixing tool has fixing parts of the number corresponding to the number of the supporting parts, the fixing parts fixing the supporting parts, and one of the supporting part and the fixing part is formed of a permanent magnet, and the other is formed of a ferromagnetic body.
