PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image shake correction device that is advantageous for a moving frame to be smoothly movable without prying.SOLUTION: An image shake correction device corrects image shake by moving an image shake correction lens L3 based on a shift, with a movable member 13 that is movable with respect to a stationary member 11 in a plane perpendicular to the optical axis, and a guide member 12 that is movable with respect to the stationary member 11 in the plane perpendicular to the optical axis and guides the movable member 13 so as not to rotate in the plane perpendicular to the optical axis.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
