The cable part 10 includes: the coated optical fiber 11; a pair of tension members 12a, 12b made of elongated monofilament which are arranged opposite to both sides of the coated optical fiber 11 via the coated optical fiber; and a cover 13 disposed on the outer circumference of them. Each tension member 12a, 12b has a substantially L-shaped cross-section and is arranged so as to direct the bent part to the outside.
