Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an optical communication system which can realize allocation of the dynamic band of an incoming signal, even if devices are different from each other in device constitution.
SOLUTION: Even when a plurality of subscriber side devices 32-1 to 32-N, which are different in device constitution from each other, are connected to a station side device 31, the station side device 31 will select a band allocation method of an up signal considering a device constitution of the subscriber side devices 32-1 to 32-N, for realizing allocation of a dynamic band of an incoming signal.
