PURPOSE: To easily set a cartridge in the direction for a hook hanging by setting a holding means at the open position enabling the insertion of a cartridge by exposing an insertion port according to its rotation and at the close position enabling the uptake by opposing the insertion port to a transfer mechanism.

CONSTITUTION: A cartridge 1 is inserted into an inlet part 9 in the different direction from the direction for hook hanging from an insertion port 9a by having by hand the part between each recessed part 2 in the state of locating an opening and closing cover 8 at an open position. When the cover 8 is then rotated up to a closing position, the inlet part 9 is rotated with its interlocking up to the angular position where the end part 9b is located at the back part more than the end part 9c in case of viewing from the front part of a device 4 and yet the end parts 9b and 9c are located on about the same level. The cartridge 1 is thus set in the direction that the recessed part 2 is located at the back part more than a shutter 3 in case of viewing from the front part of the device 4 and yet the recessed part 2 and shutter 3 are located on about the same horizon, i.e., in the direction for hanging a hook.
