PURPOSE: To obtain an optical disk and an information recording/reproducing device capable of increasing the recording density and also preventing the erroneous recognization of an ID signal due to the crosstalk between each track of a land part and a group part.
CONSTITUTION: The initial values of feedback registers for the CRC calculation of a sector ID reproducing circuit 26 are all made to 0 or all to 1 by a land group selecting signal (m) outputted from a CPU 23, with respect to the optical disk provided with the group recording track and the land recording track on the same surface. After that, the information of the optical disk is recorded and reproduced by the information recording/reproducing device which is constituted so as to make the CRC check for an address to reproduce the address.
