To provide an optical disk reproducing apparatus capable of a mount position of a loader spring.

The optical disk reproducing apparatus is provided with: an enclosure; a front panel fixed to the enclosure and having a through-hole; a disk loader passing through the through-hole from the outside of the enclosure and being slid into the inside of the enclosure thereby carrying an optical disk, and having a projection on a face orthogonal to a slide direction; a reproduction means for reproducing the optical disk carried by the disk loader; an elastic part having a hole whose length in the vertical direction is equal to the length of the projection of the disk loader in the vertical direction and whose length in the horizontal direction is longer than the length of the projection in the horizontal direction, the hole being held by the projection; and a loader panel having a recessed part whose length in the horizontal direction is equal to the length of the elastic part in the horizontal length and whose length in the vertical discrimination circuit is longer than the length of the elastic part in the vertical direction, held by the recessed part and closing the hole of the front panel by the disk loader slid inside the enclosure.
