Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain an excellent transferred pattern by eliminating a narrow region since guide grooves do not exist on both adjacent sides in the radial direction of an irregular pattern.
CONSTITUTION: In an optical disk substrate on which a first guide groove 22-1 of an optical disk is formed, an irregular pattern is formed in the radial position different from that of the guide groove on the surface of the substrate and a light reflection film or a recording film is formed on the pattern, the first guide groove 22-1 does not exist on both adjacent sides in the radial direction of the irregular pattern and a second guide groove 22-2 exists on both adjacent sides in the circumferential direction.
