Abstract:

PURPOSE:To provide an optical fiber laser doppler vibrometer with a configuration for preventing a mechanical disturbance from becoming an error of measurement even if the mechanical disturbance such as vibration is applied to an optical fiber. CONSTITUTION:A reference light and an irradiation light (including laser beam before separating into these two lights) are transmitted by a first optical fiber and the reference light and an object light which are the return lights are also transmitted along with a second optical fiber.
