The holder has: a first holder 32 for holding at least the aberration correction element 3 having the negative power; and a second holder 31 for holding at least the objective lens 1. The first holder 32 and the second holder 31 each include a plurality of forming gates at positions rotationally symmetric with respect to an optical axis.
