An optical element 100 is an optical element capable of changing a reflection direction of light, and comprises a mirror body 10, an actuator 20a, and an actuator 20b. The mirror body 10 comprises a mirror surface portion 11 with a mirror surface reflecting incident light, a rotational axis 12, and a back surface plate 13 located opposite to the mirror surface. The actuator 20a comprises an actuator body 21a composed of a plate-like member having a longitudinal direction, and one protrusion 22a at one end of the longitudinal direction. The actuator 20b comprises an actuator body 21b composed of a plate-like member having a longitudinal direction, and one protrusion 22b at one end of the longitudinal direction.
