Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical element capable of reducing a change of a reflection rate when the permeability of an absorber layer changes.SOLUTION: A substrate 11 includes thereon: an absorber layer 13 with different permeability according to the position on the substrate 11; and a surface layer 14 including a plurality of thin films. In the surface layer 14, a refractive index of a first film 14c arranged in a position furthest from the substrate 11 is 1.05 or more and 1.4 or less at a wavelength 550 nm. A second film 14b having higher refractive index than the substrate 11 and a third film 14a having lower refractive index than the second film 14b are alternately laminated in two layers or more in total, in a position closer to the substrate 11 than the first film 14c of the surface layer 14. An extinction coefficient of the absorber layer 13 is 0.5 or less at wavelength 400 nm to 700 nm.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
