PURPOSE: To make a depth size small by superposing plural rectangular and flexible sheets, and providing a choking part, an opening part and its folding part between its long side parts, respectively.
CONSTITUTION: One sheet of the first rectangular sheet 9 and plural sheets of the second sheets 10 of the same size are superposed, and one of the parts between long side parts is formed as a depth choking part 14 by connecting each adjacent part by thermal welding. The other is formed as an opening part 13 and a folding part 17 is provided on the side facing the sheet 9. Both end corner parts of the choking part 14 are connected by connecting metallic fittings 15 for the purpose reinforcement. In such a state, a surplus length part 1A of an optical fiber core wire 1, etc. is contained in a long circular loop shape on each second sheet 10, its shape is held by using the folding part 17 and the choking part 14 as stoppers, and also it is prevented from getting out. A fiber connecting part 6 is also contained together, and in a state that all surplus length parts 1A have been contained, both ends are connected by a hook 16. Also, in case that the core wire 1 is formed to a unit by setting plural pieces to one unit, the surplus length part 1A is contained per unit, and the subsequent management can be executed easily.
