Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an optical film which satisfies both wet heat resistance and optical function maintainability performances even in a large size without foaming, releasing and lowering optical characteristics even in a heated and humidified atmosphere and exhibits stable adhesive characteristics without warp problem of a liquid crystal cell by easily releasing the cell without damaging at the time of adhering fault and reusing the cell.
SOLUTION: The optical film comprises a sticky layer 3 having 2 to 4g/mm2 of 1000% modulus at 90°C and an elongation at tensile break of 3000% or more or 4 to 6g/mm2 of 1000% modulus at 90°C and an elongation at tensile break of 2000'6 or more and saturated water absorption ratio at 50°C and 90% R.H. of 0.4wt.% or less on one side surface or both side surfaces of an optical film material 2 having a heat shrinkage factor at 90°C of 0.8% or more or less than 0.8%. Thus, the liquid crystal display device having high quality and excellent durability is obtained.
