Abstract:
PURPOSE:To complete learning normally even if abnormality occurs by changing the threshold value processing function of the vector matrix arithmetic means of a 1st stage when the abnormality is detected. CONSTITUTION:A monitor means 6 monitors the state of arithmetic with the output of the threshold processing means 4 of the vector matrix arithmetic means of the 1st stage in an arithmetic means sequence. Then when the abnoral state is detected, the threshold processing function of the threshold processing means 4 of the vector matrix arithmetic means in the 1st stage is changed. Consequently, back propagation arithmetic is released from the abnormal state even if the output of the vector matrix arithmetic means in the 1st stage varies and even if the abnormality occurs, the learning is carried out to the end.
