Title:
OPTICAL LENS
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH04161911
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
PURPOSE:To prevent the deposition irregularity of a coating film and reduce the reduction and irregularity of light intensity by integrally forming a rib section parallel with the optical axis direction of a lens section at the lower end section of the lens section. CONSTITUTION:A rib section 12 is integrally molded in parallel with the optical axis Z of a lens section 11 only at the lower end section of the lens section 11, and the whole is formed into a nearly T-shaped (or reverse T-shaped) cross section with the lens section 11 and the rib section 12. When the rib section 12 parallel with the optical axis direction is provided only at the lower end section of the lens section 11, a coating film can be deposited from the side where no rib section 12 exists, thus the rib section 12 is prevented from becoming an obstacle for coating. The deficiency or irregularity of the thickness of the reflection preventing coating film can be prevented, and the reduction and irregularity of light intensity can be reduced.
