To provide a probe holder for an optical measuring apparatus for a living body, which is capable of being suited to head parts in various shapes, worn in a short distance to the scalp, easily evades the hair and is made light in weight.
The optical measuring apparatus for a living body has a measuring probe provided with: a means for irradiating a testee body with light from a preset light source position; a means for converging the light which passes through the inside of a subject; and a means for holding the irradiation means and the light converging means at a prescribed interval, and generates topographic images of the subject from the converged passing light, wherein a plurality of pairs of an irradiation probe holder for setting the irradiation means thereat and a convergence probe holder for setting the convergence means thereat are provided at a sheet-shaped curved holder base, and the holder base has two or more curvatures relative to that of the almost center part.
