Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance resistance to environment change such as temp. change and dust, to easily and freely attach/detach a circuit board and also to improve the transmission efficiency of signal light by collecting outgoing signal light towards a signal receiving parts arranged along an outgoing end surface.
SOLUTION: A sheet-shaped optical data bus 10 is provided with an optical transmission layer 11 and a clad layer 12 which is formed so as to sandwich the optical transmission layer 11. One end surface of the optical transmission layer 11 is a signal light incident end surface 13 on which a signal is made incident, and the other end surface positioned at the opposite side of one end surface is a signal light outgoing end surface 14 from which signal light is outgone and the signal light outgoing end surface 14 is formed into a projecting surface shape. Therefore, signal light projected from the signal light outgoing end surface 14 is collected at a position a little apart from the signal light outgoing end surface 14 so that the position is adopted as a signal light receiving part for arranging a photodetector, for example. Thus, signal light is efficiently transmitted to the signal light receiving part and made to be tolerant of environment change without generating electromagnetic noise.
