Abstract:

To suppress the strain of a reflection face without increasing the weight of a movable plate.

The optical scanner includes: the movable plate having the reflection face which reflects incident light; a torsion beam which turnably journals the movable plate; and a driving part which applies driving force in a torsional direction to the torsion beam, wherein a rib is formed at least in the vicinity of the connected part of the movable plate and the torsion beam.
