Abstract:
To provide an optical system which is compact and yet capable of applying different aberration correction for each wavelength, and to provide an image capturing device having the same, and an image capturing system.SOLUTION: An optical system 10 provided herein comprises a front group 11, a light shield member 4, and a rear group 12 arranged in order from the object side to the image side, the light shield member 4 having an aperture elongate in a first direction. The front group 11 is configured to form no object image on the aperture in a first cross-section parallel to the first direction, and to form an intermediate object image on the aperture in a second cross-section perpendicular to the first direction. The rear group 12 includes a diffractive surface 5 for splitting light passing through the aperture in the second cross-section into a plurality of light components of different wavelengths, and an anamorphic optical surface 6 configured to focus the plurality of light components onto different points in the second cross-section. In the second cross-section, a curvature radius of the anamorphic optical surface 6 on one side of an optical axis gets smaller with distance from the optical axis, and a curvature radius on the other side of the optical axis gets greater with distance from the optical axis.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
