Abstract:
To provide an optical unit, by which flange back adjustment can be simply performed, parallelism of an incident plane of an optical element for resolving color to a lens mounting face can be easily assured and sticking of foreign perticles or the like to the incident plane of the optical element can be easily avoided.
The optical unit has the optical element 1000 which resolves light from a lens unit 1012 into a plurality of color rays, a 1st member 106 which holds the optical element and a 2nd member 108 which holds the 1st member and which has a mounting face 107a where the lens unit is attached. A 3rd member, 103 for adjusting a distance from the mounting face to the optical element, is arranged between the 1st member and the 2nd member.
