PURPOSE: To reduce the work burden applied to arrangement of commodities for the precedent customers and to prevent the mistake caused in the arrangement of commodities by displaying the input order data on a memo section prepared separately from a prescribed section and then erasing the order data out of the memo section.

CONSTITUTION: A clerk pushes a write pointing key 4 or an erasion pointing key 5 before the push of a department key 2, that is, the clark inputs the order data by means of the key 4 or 5. Under such conditions, a write or erasion flag is set and therefore all order data are sent to a 2nd display band (memo section) when the input of these data is complete with push of the key 2. Thus it is possible to display the order data on the food under cooking on the memo section by a simple operation when the input of the order data on the following customers are carried out even in such a procedure where the uncooked foods are arranged for the precedent customers adter the input of the order data on the following customers is complete.
