To provide an order reception and ordering distribution system for medicine which enables an order recipient to speedily and directly deliver a medicine to a user at a request made by an orderer and solve the problem of disposal of the empty container of the medicine by the user.

The system is equipped with an ordering side computer C1 which generates ordering data while adding an identification code different from that of normal delivery for user direct delivery and sends them to a network Ns and an order-reception side computer C2 which receives the ordering data through a network system and performs order reception processing while sorting normal delivery order data and user direct delivery order data included therein; and the order-reception side computer generates delivery instruction data on the medicine included in the user direction delivery order data and a deliverer having received the delivery instruction data delivers a user direct delivery medicine directly to the user not through any wholesaler.
