The power line 53 of the organic EL element 60 is formed of an aluminum layer and the drain signal line which is adjacent to the power line 53 in parallel is formed of two parts which are a 1st drain signal line 52A formed of an aluminum layer and 2nd drain signal line 52B formed of a chromium layer. The 1st drain signal line 52A and 2nd drain signal line 52B are connected through a contact hole C5 formed between the aluminum layer and chromium layer.
