To solve the problem that when an antireflection optical laminate is pasted to an organic EL cell, deformation such as a warp, etc. occurs in an organic EL panel due to contraction.
The present invention provides an organic EL panel comprising: an organic EL cell having a visible side surface and an invisible side surface; an optical laminate which includes at least a polarization property layer having iodine or dichromatic pigment impregnated in a uniaxially oriented resin film base in a designated thickness and a 1/4 wavelength phase difference layer, and which is bonded via an adhesive layer to the visible side surface of the organic EL cell because of a positional relation that the 1/4 wavelength phase difference layer is closer to the organic EL cell than the polarization property layer; and a warp suppression layer bonded via an adhesive layer to the invisible side surface of the organic EL cell. The warp suppression layer contains a uniaxially oriented resin layer made of the same material as the uniaxially oriented resin film base.
