The organic magnetic material is made of magnetic graphene 1 which is chemically modified at ends and has two opposite ends, including the end, made magnetically asymmetrical. The chemical modification is preferably in such a state that a terminal group at an end on one side is one or both of a CH group and an N group, and a terminal group at an end on the other side is one or both of a CH2 group and an NH group.
