An organic thin film at least has: a first organic molecular skeleton layer 2; a network layer 3 laminated on the first organic molecular skeleton layer 2; and a second organic molecular skeleton layer 4 laminated on the network layer 3. An organic molecular skeleton configuring the network layer 3 is coupled in an in-plane direction, or alternatively, a long axis of the organic molecular skeleton configuring the network layer is oriented in the in-plane direction, and an interval in the in-plane direction, of the organic molecular skeleton configuring the network layer, is smaller than intervals in the in-plane direction, of the first and second organic molecular skeletons.
