Abstract:
To provide a transparent bulk-heterojunction organic thin-film solar cell in which deterioration in power generation efficiency over time is suppressed without using an ITO.
The organic thin-film solar cell comprises, on a support 12 in the following order; a first electrode 16 configured to include a conductive mesh 16A disposed on the support 12 and a conductive polymer layer 16B; an electron block layer 26; a bulk-heterojunction photoelectric conversion layer 18; and a second electrode 20 which has a thickness of 10 to 30 nm inclusive and is made of a light-transmissive film containing 70 mass% or more of a noble metal in terms of solid content.
