Abstract:
To provide an organizational change support system that can flexibly design questions of a questionnaire according to an organizational issue and an organizational development theme of each user.SOLUTION: An organizational change support system includes: a question storage unit that stores questions of a questionnaire conducted to measure the degree of achievement of a target of an organization; a target setting unit that sets a first index for measuring the degree of achievement of the target of the organization and a second index associated with the first index for evaluating a process for achieving the target; and a questionnaire generation unit that generates a questionnaire containing a plurality of questions. The questionnaire generation unit acquires, based on at least one of the first index and the second index set by the target setting unit, questions from the question storage unit and generates the questionnaire.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9
