PURPOSE: To make a contribution to the color design plan of city by a method in which a base color is roughly grouped into white, gray, cream, and brown on the basis of the environmental investigation of the city, and the hue of the color is selected as exclusive color for the surface color of specified boards.

CONSTITUTION: On the basis of the environmental investigation of city, the base color is roughly grouped into white, gray, cream, and brown for the color of future environment to select a standard color matching the row of houses. As a result, four colors, light gray, light bluish gray, palish yellow, and beige are adopted. These four colors are divided into two kinds, colorless two hues and brown two hues as bright tone and slightly calm tone, and windows (b) and outer walls are constructed with the boards of four colors. A color design plan to make a contribution to comfortable city construction can thus be obtained.
