PURPOSE: To automatically concentrate traffic on a specific telephone line so that a user can utilize effectively a discount service by selecting automatically a telephone line of high priority if only its line is free.
CONSTITUTION: This device is provided with an input means 100 for inputting plural telephone line numbers to the grouped by a user together with priority at the time of outgoing, a storage means 110 for storing the telephone line number group and the priority inputted by the input means 100, a line searching means 120 for searching a free telephone line of the highest priority based on the priority at the time of outgoing, stored in the storage means 110, in the case an outgoing request is received from a terminal equipment 200, and a connecting means 130 for connecting the terminal equipment to which the outgoing request is conducted to the free telephone line searched by the line searching means 120. In such a state, in the case the outgoing request is conducted to the equipment, whether or not the telephone line is free is checked in order from the telephone line of higher priority, and the outgoing request is connected to the telephone line of the highest priority in the free telephone lines.
