Abstract:
PURPOSE:To improve the workability of adjustment by adjusting a driving pulse having a duty rate corresponding to the counting result of pulses to be inputted by means of the depressing operation of keys so as to output the pulse. CONSTITUTION:An output adjustment counter 27 counts the inputted pulses and outputs them as set points. A pulse width modulation timer 25 generates the driving pulse having the duty rate corresponding to the set points and outputs it to a high voltage power source device 30. A mode change over switch changes over the functions of an operation button, a set key, a display device and the like in an operation part 40 to a normal operation mode and a high voltage power source adjustment mode. When a first key 45a or a second key 45b is depressed in the high voltage power source adjustment mode, the counter 27 outputs the pulse which is up-counted or down-counted. Furthermore, a value corresponding to the content of the counter 27 is displayed in display devices 46 and 48 in the operation part 40.
