Even when this output shifting circuit is made to be an integrated circuit by using the same operation amplifier and the same reference voltage by adjusting characteristics of differential amplification so that there is no large difference in outputs Vouts before or after addition of a new circuit while adjusting voltages Voff+, Voff- from the outside, voltages of outputs Vouts are made possible to be arbitrarily shifted by external application voltages Voff+, Voff- and when this is used as the RGB driving circuit, the circuit is made possible to set arbitrarily individual output voltages corresponding to R, G, B with respect to respective colors of R, G, B.
