PURPOSE: To make it possible to observe the treating state visually by arranging a purifying tank and a circulating water tank wherein one-side wall of each tank is transparent and an inflow chamber, a mixing chamber and a separating chamber are formed at the upper and lower sides, and arranging a diffuser in the separating chamber.
CONSTITUTION: One side of each tank of a circulating water tank 14 and a purifying tank 13 is formed of a transparent wall such as glass. Clean water is inputted into the circulating water tank 14 and the pure water tank 13. A circulating water pump 32 is operated, and the specified amount of the circulating water is circulated through a circulating pipe 33. Aggregated paint residue 39 is floated with air from a diffuser 27 in the separating chamber 20. The paint residue overflows on an outflow spillover plate 17 and flows into a paint-residue recovering pack 22 for recovery. The paint which is dropped on a water curtain part 24 from a paint tank 29 is mixed into the mixed water. In the mixed water, the circulated water passing the curtain part 24 is mixed with the purified water from which the paint residue 39 is removed with the paint-residue recovering pack 22. The paint is inputted into the circulating water tank 14 and circulated. Therefore, the print-resisting state and the aggregated state of the injected paint can be judged by the visual observation.
