PURPOSE: To install the coffee server in a small space, to facilitate its carrying, and to improve the safety by providing a hot water supply part which is contained in the side face of a main body at the time of nonuse, and is set, to a prescribed position at the time of use, and a warming plate part for warming extracted coffee, and attaching a valve opened only at the time of use in the vicinity of a hot water supply port of the hot water supply part.

CONSTITUTION: As for a hot water supply part 40 and a warming plate part 45. its lengthwise direction becomes a roughly vertical state at the time of use and they are contained in the side face of a main body 31, and set to a prescribed position at the time of use, that is, to a position in which the lengthwise direction of the hot water supply part 40 and the warming plate part 45 becomes a roughly horizontal state. Also, in the inside of the hot water supply part 40, a valve 41 opened only at the time of use and a hot water supply pipe 42 are provided, one end side of the hot water supply pipe 42 is connected to a discharge pipe 20 through the valve 41, and the other end side is connected to a hot water supply port 39.
