PURPOSE: To always obtain a distinct projected image by attaching a rear screen as one body to a projector, detaching it in accordance with necessity, and placing it vertical in a shape of a screen at a distance.

CONSTITUTION: At the time of using the titled projector, it is attached as one body by fitting a base 10, and a fitting projecting piece 18 of the base 10, to a fixing side end part of an arm member 6 of an overhead projector body 3, and a fitting hole 17 of the body 3, respectively, and when frame-shaped arm pieces 12, 13 for constituting a projected position variable body 15 to the base 10 are extended vertically, a rear screen (a) being a projected position can be set in the greatest distance from a reflecting mirror. Also, by bending the projected position variable body 15 to a folding type in its connecting part, a position of the rear screen (a) being the projected position can be set suitably between the most distant position and the side end part of the body 3. Also, in case of setting the rear screen (a) to a more distant position than the most distant position, it can be attained by detaching the projected position variable body 15 with a rear screen holding body 14, together with the base 10 from the body 3 and placing it in a prescribed position.
