PURPOSE: To obtain an acid liquid bleach having good storage stability and bleaching power by compounding hydrogen peroxide, an anionic surfactant, a nonionic surfactant, polyacrylic acid, etc., and polyphosphoric acid, etc.

CONSTITUTION: The title bleach composition comprises 0.5-10wt.% hydrogen peroxide, 0.1-20wt.% anionic surfactant, 0.1-20wt.% nonionic surfactant, 0.05-5wt.% polyacrylic acid having an average molecular weight of 1,000 to 100,000 or a salt thereof and/or maleic acid-based polymer having an average molecular weight of 500 to 100,000 and 0.0001-1wt.% polyphoric acid or salts thereof or aminophosphonic acid or salts thereof shown by the formula (wherein n is 0 to 5; M+ is H+ or an alkali metal ion); and has a pH of 1.5 to 6. Aminophosphonic acid or salts thereof shown by the formula should preferably be a compound of n=0 to 2. The salts include sodium and potassium salts.
