Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oxygen enriching rate variable burner which can obtain a stable flame while enabling free selection of the oxygen enriching rate in a wider range.
SOLUTION: This oxygen enriched combustion burner comprises upright tubular inner and outer cylinders 1 and 2 coaxially arranged and a plurality of tube bodies 4 arranged in a space between the inner and outer cylinder bodies 1 and 2 surrounding the inner cylinder 1. The interior of the inner cylinder body 1 is formed as a fuel gas path. The space 3 between the inner and outer cylinder bodies 1 and 2 is formed as an air supply path. The interior of the plurality of tube bodies 4 arranged surrounding the inner cylinder body 1 is formed as an oxygen supply path. The tip of the inner cylinder body 1 is positioned inward from the tip part of the outer cylinder body 2 while the tip parts of the tube bodies 4 forming the oxygen supply path are positioned inward from the tip part of the inner cylinder body 1.
