PURPOSE: To remarkably prolong life until an ozone removing member is exchanged with a simple removing work of a sheet by constituting the ozone removing member by laminating plural ozone removing sheets in the ozone removing device of an image forming device.
CONSTITUTION: The ozone removing device 204 is composed integrally by laminating plural ozone removing sheets 401 forming the layer of the ozone decomposing agent or ozone absorber on one side of a sheet made of paper, resin or metal, etc., and disposed in the inside of the duct 204a. Accordingly, the ozone passing through slits 205, 203a to be lowered is sedimented on upper surface of the top layer of the ozone removing sheet 402, removed from the atmosphere by decomposition or adsorption and removed in duct 204a sucked by the exhaust fun and exhausted to the outside of the device. When the capacity of ozone removing action of an uppermost layer of the ozone removing sheet 403 is lost, the sheet 403 is removed and the next (second) layer 402 of the upper layer of the ozone removing sheet is exposed. In such a manner, the ozone removing action is continued without exchanging the ozone removing device until all of the sheets are consumed.
