PURPOSE: To improve the quality of other display parts and make them attractive by forming a colored substrate resin film on a substrate and then forming recessed parts at the display parts, and further forming a colored resin film over the entire surface and then polishing the top surface.
CONSTITUTION: The colored substrate resin film 2 is formed on the substrate 1 by coating. The recessed parts 3 are formed by machining at parts as other display parts. Then the entire surface is coated with the colored resin film 4. The top surface is polished by lapping to leave the colored substrate resin film 2 on the top surface and the colored resin film 4 at the recessed parts 3. In another way, a transparent resin film 12 is formed by coating on a substrate 10 which has making pattern plating 11 and then recessed parts are formed by machining at other display parts. Then the recessed parts are plated 14 with Au and then clear coating 15 is performed over the entire surface. The top surface is polished by lapping to leave the transparent resin film 12 on the top surface and the clear coating at the recessed parts.
