PURPOSE: To clearly inform a worker of warning information of a machine to require an appropriate intervention by a method wherein in a wood working operation carried out in a bad working environment, warning information of a machine is issued by both an audio output and a display indication.

CONSTITUTION: A device is provided with an audio program memory means 8 storing audio signals predetermined in accordance with abnormality occurrence states of a wood working machine 5; an audio selection means 15 selectively reading the audio signals from the audio program memory means 8 in accordance with a signal from the wood working machine 5, i.e., a detection switch 10; an audio regeneration means 11 regenerating the read audio signals and a speaker 13. Furthermore, the device is provided with a display program memory means 14 storing display indication signals predetermined in accordance with the states; a screen selection means 15 selectively reading the display indication signals from the display program memory means 14 in accordance with a signal informing of the state and a display means 7 outputting the read indication signals on a display.
