PURPOSE: To perform the press-fixings of two loading posts with one energizing means and to realize reducing the size and thickness of a mechanism by eliminating the use of a double gear-with spring in a loading post press-fixing mechanism used in a magnetic recording and reproducing device.

CONSTITUTION: First and second shafts 5, 6 are energized simultaneously respectively to directions in which feeding side and take-up side loading posts 1, 2 are locked with feeding side and take-up side stoppers 24, 25 being an locking means respectively by regulating a charging arm 13 being the energizing means at a position where the arm 13 can energize first and second shafts 5, 6 on feeding side and take-up side ring gears 3, 4. Thus, feeding side and take-up side loading posts 1, 2 are press-fixed and positioned.
