Abstract:

PURPOSE: To obtain the unit cell of internal reforming type SOFC, in which local steep grade of temperature is prevented.

CONSTITUTION: A Ni cermet film 2A of a fuel electrode film is coated with a Fe cermet film 2B. Catalyst activity of the fuel electrode to the steam reforming reaction is lowered by coating the Ni cermet fuel electrode, which has high catalyst activity, with the Fe cermet, which has low catalyst activity. Breakdown of a unit cell due to the steep temperature grade of the inside thereof is eliminated, and the internal reforming type SOFC1 which can be stably operated for a long time, can be realized.
