Title:
PACEMAKER DEVICE WITH IMPROVED ELECTRIC SIGNAL DETECTING FUNCTION
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH08215322
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the efficiency and robust of a detection system of a pacemaker device by a method wherein a intracardiac heart signal undergoes a non-straight noise filtering and then, an adaptive filtering to generate a specified output value. SOLUTION: IKEKG (intracardiac EKG) as electrical signal is supplied to an adaptive non-straight neuron noise filter AF1 through the input side of a detector. Then, instantaneously, a modeling of a nozzle pulse is performed to optimize a corresponding weight and filter coefficient and a signal DS overlapped with a noise pulse is outputted to an optimization filter MF. A correlation with an expected signal pattern is performed. Only when a corresponding QRS compound signal is detected, a higher value is set and adjusted and a short trigger pulse 15 is sent out to the output side of the detector to be utilized for a pulse of a pacemaker device pulse or suppression.
