A fixture main body 1 of the lighting fixture A is housed in the reflecting plate 3 and positioned by the stopper panel 33 that stretches from inside towards both side brims 5 of a fixture main body 1 and covers at least a part of the upside of the fixture main body 1. The outer wrapping member 34 wraps the assembly of the pair of the end covering members 32 and the stopper plate 1 from outside. An external top panel 51 of the outer wrapping member 34 and the stopper panel 33 overlap each other and are stuck together, so that the fixture main body 1 in the reflecting plate 3 is positioned crosswise on the top panel 51 by the stopper panel 33.
