Abstract:
To provide a packaged coffee beverage in which hypotensive effect of chlorogenic acids falling in a coffee beverage is maintained even when storage temperature exceeds normal temperature.
The packaged coffee beverage 100 is such that a coffee beverage 40 is charged in a package (a can container 1A) and the package is hermetically sealed, wherein a porous adsorptive body adsorbing hydroquinone selectively from chlorogenic acids so as to eliminate the hydroquinone is fixed.
