PURPOSE: To make a favorable sealing possible by a method wherein a internal packaging material for which standing side walls with flap at both ends are provided on both sides of a paper base plate is pillow-packaged by an external packaging material with gas barrier property, which has fold-in parts at both sides, and sealing parts are bend-fixed.
CONSTITUTION: A bar of soap 20 is placed on the base plate of an internal packaging material 13 which has standing side walls 12, 12 with flaps 11, 11 at both ends, at both sides of the paper base plate 10. This internal packaging material 13 which contains the bar of soap 20 is inserted in an external packaging material 15 with fold-in parts at both sides, and is pillow-packaged. Then, sealing parts 16 of the pillow-packaged body are bent and fixed on the surface of the external packaging material 15 to complete packaging.
