In a packing case with opening/shutting covering wherein coverings are turnably hinged with hinges 2 at the sides of a covering ridge 3, a movable piece 21 on one side constituting the hinge 2 is fixed to an upper frame member 11 constituting a frame for an L-shaped covering 1 while a fixed piece 23 on the other side is fixed at the side of the covering ridge 3 with a bolt 31 penetrating through the center of the covering ridge. The bolt 31 is held at the inside of the covering ridge 3, penetrating through round holes 32 bored at the right and the left sides of the covering ridge 3, while being inserted at both its ends through vertical slots 24 each opened at the fixed piece 23 of the hinge 2, and the fixed piece 23 is attached to the covering ridge 3 with a nut 33 so that it can slide vertically against the covering ridge.
